System maintenance

From time to time we will undertake maintenance on Access Manager or a system issue may affect access to the system. This page contains details of system and maintenance issues affecting Access Manager.

Scheduled maintenance

The Access Manager will be unavailable at the following times for scheduled system maintenance.

Unable to complete transaction - Clients using Google Chrome

Clients using Google Chromeas a browser are unable to complete transactions.

Google Chrome is not a supported browser, it is recommended that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer which is free to download and install. Follow workaround.
Unable to complete transaction - Clients using Skype

Skype may also prevent users from completing other process involving the signing of their certificate, e.g.: adding or removing clients and requesting refunds.

Some incompatibilities with CSI and certain versions of Skype and other browser plug-ins exist.

Disable Skype

This can be done as follows: Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs > Manage Add-ons > Skype > Disable

Follow workaround.

Unable to remove users

Some agents are experiencing a system unavailable error when trying to remove users in AM.
Disable these users until the remove user function is restored. Cancel the user's AUSkey or ATO digital certificate if they no longer require access to the portal. Under investigation.
